Riad’s journey is one of passion, action, and innovation. With engineering studies and a
master’s degree in materials and polymer science, he has been a driving force behind
industrial strategies in various sectors, ranging from automotive to the food industry, and

management, and injectable product manufacturing makes him a perfect fit for SyrhaTech’s
mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions in healthcare.

From developing production and maintenance methods in the automotive industry at
Grupo-Antolin for renowned brands like Renault and Peugeot, to leading industrialization
project management at a GMP/FDA-compliant site, Riad has consistently delivered impactful
results. He later excelled in technical service management and production management at
Anteis in Switzerland, where he demonstrated his technical and managerial skills in
the world of Hyaluronic acid and injectable medical devices industry.
His experience at JDE (International Coffee company) was notable, with the management of
industrial and standardization projects using methods such as TPM, 6sigma-DMAIC, over
several countries, as well as the management of a strategic project to create an innovative
production site (over 75 M€) which revolutionized the coffee industry.
His skills were confirmed by his experience as head of technical department at Nestlé and
then at Lustucru frais, with strong results on productivity and organization within the food
industry.

Now, Riad is bringing his skills to SyrhaTech, our ambitious and innovative company located
between Switzerland and France , and recognized for
its excellence in medical device manufacturing. His vision aligns perfectly with our mission of
driving innovation in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the aesthetic,
ophthalmology, and orthopaedic sectors.
With over 20 years of experience in different industries, he has built up a real vision of
industrial strategies and how to adapt them to business needs. At SyrhaTech, he will focus
on enhancing our expertise in prefilled syringe and sterile syringe manufacturing, ensuring
that we continue to deliver cutting-edge solutions to the healthcare and biotech industries.

This new year symbolizes growth and transformation for SyrhaTech. With Riad’s leadership,
we’re poised to set new standards in biopharma CDMO services and expand our portfolio of
injectable products, such as hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers.
